These two SMSI employees aren’t sleeping on the job, they take their positions seriously! (Ok, maybe they sleep on the job a little!) Candy and Motek are permanent members of the Summit Management Services team and they come to the office to work almost every day!

What are their positions you ask? These pups are great at reducing stress and are an excellent conversation starter! This doggie duo promotes higher productivity and improved relationships between co-workers. Who could resist these furry SMSI employees?

So are we saying that everyone should bring their doggy companions to work? Not necessarily, but you can always count on seeing Candy and Motek at the SMSI office!

The Envision Apartments mascot, Pookey, has become a well know and recognizable sight on the campus of the University of Akron. Students are lining up for a photo with this infamous mascot!

Envision has many key elements in its marketing strategy to help spread knowledge of it’s brand including a wonderful facebook page and a well execute website, but perhaps the most recognizable is Pookey. Pookey plays a powerful and important part of Envision Apartments brand awareness. Pookey appeals to its main audience while intriguing them and sharing awareness about Envision Apartments.

So if you see Mr. Pookey, don’t be afraid to get your picture taken with him and post it on facebook!

Summit Management’s Envision Apartments has implemented a parent’s page on it’s website, www.envisionapartments.com to help engage parents in the student housing decision.
